This program may be a good fit for a young person who:
Frequently compares themselves with peers or people online.
Changes themselves significantly depending on who they are around.
Depends heavily on praise, approval, popularity, or external validation.
Struggles to describe their strengths or what makes them unique.
Defines themselves primarily by grades, appearance, achievement, mistakes, or other people’s opinions.
Has experienced rejection, criticism, bullying, transition, or another experience that has affected how they see themselves.
Seems unsure of their values, preferences, boundaries, or personal convictions.
Says things such as “I don’t know who I am,” “I’m not good enough,” or “I wish I was more like…”
Needs a healthier foundation before working on confidence, relationships, leadership, or purpose.
Best suited for: Ages 10–14 and 15–21, placed in developmentally appropriate cohorts.

Identity Clarity is a 6-week live formation experience designed to help young people slow down, examine the messages shaping how they see themselves, and develop a healthier and more grounded understanding of who they are.
Through guided conversation, small-group coaching, hands-on exercises, reflection, real-life application, and an individual check-in, participants will explore the difference between who they are and what has been said, expected, achieved, or experienced around them.
Across the six weeks, participants will work on:
Identifying the people, experiences, environments, and messages that have shaped their self-perception.
Recognizing labels they have accepted about themselves.
Separating worth from achievement, appearance, popularity, and approval.
Identifying strengths, values, interests, qualities, and developing convictions.
Challenging comparison and unhelpful internal narratives.
Practicing healthier ways of speaking about and responding to themselves.
Making everyday choices that better reflect who they believe they are becoming.
The goal is not to give a young person a new label. It is to help them develop enough clarity to stop allowing everyone else to define them.

Confidence & Voice is a 6-week live formation experience—not a lecture series.
Through guided conversation, small-group coaching, hands-on exercises, reflection, role-play, and real-life weekly challenges, participants will explore what has shaped their confidence and practice healthier ways of showing up.
Across the six weeks, they will work on:
Recognizing what strengthens or weakens confidence.
Separating self-worth from approval and comparison.
Identifying negative internal narratives.
Expressing opinions, thoughts, and needs clearly.
Practicing confident communication and social presence.
Responding more constructively to mistakes, rejection, and criticism.
Applying confidence in real situations at home, school, work, and relationships.
The goal is not to make every young person louder. It is to help them become secure enough to use their voice authentically.

Primary Domain: CONFIDENCE
Within the PICCLE™ Formation Framework, Confidence is the development of healthy self-belief, competence, courage, and the ability to express and carry oneself without being governed by external validation.
Because confidence does not develop in isolation, this program also draws from:
IDENTITY — understanding who I am apart from comparison and approval.
CHARACTER — responding to mistakes, feedback, and discomfort with maturity.
LEADERSHIP — learning to use my voice, take initiative, and participate meaningfully.
PICCLE™: Purpose • Identity • Character • Confidence • Leadership • Excellence
