GenZ & Plus Program Terms & Policies

These Program Terms & Policies apply to GenZ & Plus programs, Formation Labs, workshops, cohorts, coaching experiences, events, intensives, and related programming offered by Oasis & Co Institute unless a specific program states otherwise.By registering, submitting payment, or participating in a GenZ & Plus program, the participant and, where applicable, the participant’s parent or legal guardian acknowledge and agree to these terms.
1. Registration & Eligibility
Registration is complete only when all required information, consents, and applicable payments have been received.Programs may have specific age, capacity, developmental, format, or participation requirements. Oasis & Co Institute may recommend a different program, cohort, or support pathway where another option is considered more appropriate for the participant.For participants under 18, registration must be completed or authorized by a parent or legal guardian.Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information necessary to support safe and appropriate participation.Oasis & Co Institute reserves the right to decline or discontinue enrollment where participation is not appropriate for the program or where necessary information has not been provided.
2. Program Scope
GenZ & Plus provides educational, coaching, developmental, and formation-based experiences designed to support areas including:PurposeIdentityCharacterConfidenceLeadershipExcellenceEmotional and relational developmentDecision-makingCommunicationPersonal responsibilityLife readinessPrograms may be delivered virtually, in person, or through a hybrid format.Program activities, sequence, facilitators, resources, dates, or delivery methods may be reasonably adjusted when necessary while maintaining the overall purpose and learning outcomes of the program.
3. Christian Faith Integration
GenZ & Plus is informed by a Christian worldview.Certain programs and formation areas may include discussion of God, Scripture, faith, biblical values, spiritual identity, and Christian principles.Faith integration is particularly central to the Identity pillar, where participants may explore questions such as who God is, who they are in relation to God, and how knowing God should influence their understanding of identity, values, choices, and everyday life.Parents and participants are encouraged to review the description of the selected program before registering.
4. Payment
Enrollment secures a participant’s place in the selected GenZ & Plus program.Full payment, or an approved payment arrangement where offered, is required to secure enrollment.Program fees vary according to the program, format, duration, cohort, and services included.Any payment-processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may be non-refundable.Failure to complete an agreed payment arrangement may result in suspension or cancellation of participation.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because program capacity is intentionally limited and facilitators, materials, and resources are reserved in advance, the following policy applies.
Participant Cancellations
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the program start date are eligible for a refund, less any non-refundable payment-processing fees.Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund.Once a program has begun, program fees are non-refundable and non-prorated.This includes withdrawal or missed participation resulting from:scheduling conflictstravelillness or personal circumstanceschanges in availabilitymissed sessionsearly withdrawala participant’s decision not to continue
Exceptional Circumstances
Where a participant is unable to continue because of a significant unforeseen circumstance, Oasis & Co Institute may, at its discretion, allow some or all of the remaining program value to be transferred to another eligible GenZ & Plus program within six months.Transfers are subject to program availability and participant eligibility, are not guaranteed, and have no cash value.
Missed Sessions
Consistent attendance is strongly encouraged, particularly where sessions build progressively.Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds, prorated fees, or automatic credits.Where recordings, worksheets, summaries, or other make-up resources are available, they may be provided at the discretion of the program team.Oasis & Co Institute does not guarantee make-up sessions or recordings.
Program Cancellation by Oasis & Co Institute
If Oasis & Co Institute cancels a program before it begins, registered families may choose:a full refund; ortransfer of the amount paid to another eligible program.If a program is interrupted after it has begun, Oasis & Co Institute may provide an appropriate alternative, which may include:rescheduled sessionsalternative deliveryprogram credittransfer to another programa prorated refund where appropriate
Transfers
Requests to transfer to another cohort must be submitted before the original cohort begins.Transfers are subject to availability, eligibility, and approval by Oasis & Co Institute.
6. Attendance & Participation
Participants are expected to:attend consistently and arrive on timeparticipate appropriately in program activitiestreat facilitators and other participants respectfullyfollow reasonable facilitator instructionsrespect the privacy and dignity of othersuse program resources and technology appropriatelyavoid disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, bullying, or unsafe behaviorParents or guardians may be contacted where participation, conduct, wellbeing, or safety concerns arise.
7. Suspension or Removal From a Program
Oasis & Co Institute reserves the right to temporarily suspend or remove a participant where behavior:materially disrupts the learning environmentthreatens the safety or wellbeing of othersrepeatedly violates program expectationsinvolves bullying, harassment, discrimination, or threatening conductinvolves inappropriate use of program technology or materialsmakes continued participation inappropriateWhere reasonably possible, concerns will first be discussed with the participant and/or parent or guardian.Serious safety or conduct concerns may result in immediate removal.Removal due to serious or repeated participant misconduct does not automatically entitle the participant or family to a refund.
8. Parent & Guardian Responsibilities
For participants under 18, parents or legal guardians are responsible for:providing accurate registration informationreviewing program details before enrollmentcommunicating information relevant to safe participationsupporting reasonable attendance and participation expectationsensuring age-appropriate supervision for virtual participationremaining reachable through the contact information providedreinforcing program expectations where appropriateFor younger participants, parent participation or reinforcement may form part of the program experience.
9. Health, Safety & Accessibility
Parents and guardians should disclose information reasonably necessary to support safe participation, including relevant:allergiesaccessibility needslearning or communication needsbehavioral considerationssignificant health or safety concernsOasis & Co Institute will make reasonable efforts to support participants within the scope and format of the selected program.Oasis & Co Institute cannot guarantee that every program environment or delivery format will be suitable for every individual need.Where a participant requires support outside the scope of the program, another service or support pathway may be recommended.
10. Emergency Situations
Parents and guardians authorize Oasis & Co Institute to contact the emergency contact provided during registration when reasonably necessary.If Oasis & Co Institute reasonably believes that a participant is in immediate danger or requires urgent assistance, appropriate emergency services or authorities may be contacted.Additional emergency or medical authorization may be required for specific in-person programs, events, retreats, or activities.
11. Educational & Coaching Scope
GenZ & Plus provides formation, education, coaching, developmental support, and practical life-preparation experiences.GenZ & Plus programs are not:psychotherapypsychiatric treatmentmedical careclinical counselingdiagnosiscrisis interventionlegal adviceParticipation should not be used as a substitute for qualified medical, mental-health, educational, legal, or other professional services where such services are required.Oasis & Co Institute does not diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions.Where concerns arise regarding a participant’s immediate safety or wellbeing, Oasis & Co Institute may contact the participant’s parent or guardian, emergency services, or another appropriate authority where necessary.
12. Virtual Program Participation
For virtual programs, participants and families are responsible for providing:a suitable devicereliable internet accessaccess to required online platformsan appropriate environment for participationreasonable age-appropriate adult supervisionOasis & Co Institute is not responsible for participation difficulties caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:internet outagesparticipant device failuresoftware or platform issueshousehold interruptionspower interruptionsParticipants may not photograph, screenshot, record, livestream, reproduce, or distribute program sessions or other participants without prior authorization.
13. Privacy & Confidentiality
Oasis & Co Institute will take reasonable measures to protect information obtained through registration and participation.Participants are expected to respect the privacy of other participants.Information, experiences, personal stories, images, or discussions shared by another participant may not be recorded, published, distributed, or shared publicly without permission.Because some programs involve group participation, Oasis & Co Institute cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality despite program expectations.Personal information is handled in accordance with the Oasis & Co Institute Privacy Policy.For younger participants, registration information should be submitted by the parent or legal guardian unless otherwise specifically authorized.
14. Photography, Video & Media
Permission to use a participant’s photograph, video, voice, testimonial, or likeness for public promotional or organizational purposes will be addressed separately through an applicable media consent process.Declining optional promotional media consent will not ordinarily prevent program participation.Where a session must be recorded for legitimate educational, safeguarding, accessibility, or program-delivery purposes, participants and parents will be informed where appropriate.Participants may not independently record other participants or program sessions without authorization.
15. Program Materials & Intellectual Property
All Oasis & Co Institute and GenZ & Plus curriculum, worksheets, exercises, frameworks, presentations, videos, assessments, facilitator materials, program resources, and original content remain the intellectual property of Oasis & Co Institute or their respective rights holders.This includes materials developed through the PICCLE™ Formation Framework.Materials are provided for the registered participant’s personal educational use only.Without prior written permission, program materials may not be:copiedreproducedsolduploaded publiclyredistributedcommercially taughtshared with unregistered participantsincorporated into another commercial program
16. Third-Party Platforms
Programs may use third-party platforms and service providers, including registration, payment, video-conferencing, scheduling, communication, and learning platforms.Use of third-party services may also be subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy practices.Oasis & Co Institute is not responsible for outages, technical failures, data incidents, or other circumstances occurring solely within the control of an independent third-party provider.
17. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Formation and developmental growth vary from participant to participant.Oasis & Co Institute does not guarantee any particular academic, behavioral, emotional, relational, spiritual, social, leadership, financial, or developmental outcome.Results may depend on factors including:attendanceengagementdevelopmental stageindividual circumstanceshome reinforcementimplementation of program learningcontinued practiceOasis & Co Institute commits to providing the program and learning experience described but does not guarantee a particular result or transformation.
18. Assumption of Participation Risks
Participation in educational, coaching, social, leadership, virtual, group, and experiential activities may involve ordinary and reasonably foreseeable risks.By choosing to participate, participants and, where applicable, their parents or legal guardians acknowledge and voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with the selected program.To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oasis & Co Institute, its directors, officers, employees, facilitators, volunteers, contractors, and authorized representatives will not be responsible for losses, injuries, damages, interruptions, or claims arising from circumstances outside their reasonable control or from the ordinary risks inherent in participation, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Oasis & Co Institute is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control, including:severe weatherpower or internet outagespublic emergenciesgovernmental restrictionsvenue closurestransportation disruptionsfacilitator emergenciestechnology failureother unforeseen circumstancesWhere reasonably possible, Oasis & Co Institute will make efforts to reschedule, modify delivery, provide an alternative, issue a credit, or otherwise provide an appropriate resolution.
20. Program Changes
Oasis & Co Institute may make reasonable changes to a program where necessary, including changes to:facilitatorsactivitiescurriculum sequencesession orderdatestimesvenuetechnology platformdelivery formatWhere a material change affects registered participants, families will be informed as soon as reasonably practical.
21. Program-Specific Terms
Certain Formation Labs, workshops, coaching programs, retreats, events, or other experiences may require additional policies or consent because of the particular activity, venue, format, age group, or circumstances involved.Any program-specific terms presented during registration supplement these general Program Terms & Policies.Where a program-specific provision directly conflicts with these general terms, the program-specific provision will govern that particular program to the extent of the conflict.
22. Governing Law
These Program Terms & Policies are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
23. Agreement to These Terms
By completing registration, submitting payment, or participating in a GenZ & Plus program, the participant and, where applicable, the participant’s parent or legal guardian confirm that they have:reviewed the applicable program descriptionprovided accurate registration informationreviewed these Program Terms & Policiesreviewed the applicable refund and cancellation termsunderstood the nature and scope of the programagreed to applicable participation expectationsagreed to applicable payment obligationsprovided any required parent or guardian authorizationFor participants under 18, the registering adult confirms that they are the participant’s parent or legal guardian or otherwise have legal authority to provide the required consent.
