Meet the Founder
Mo' Makanjuola founded Oasis & Co Institute from a deep conviction that the most important work of a generation is not built on platforms alone, but within homes, relationships, and the everyday moments that shape identity, values, and legacy.
As a Family Life Strategist, mentor, and advocate for generational transformation, she has spent more than a decade walking alongside women, teens, and families through the work of rebuilding clarity, strengthening foundations, and creating lives worth passing down.
Through coaching, mentorship, strategic guidance, and community formation, her work is centered on helping people heal deeply, lead intentionally, and build legacies that endure beyond them.

Why This Work Matters
Identity is forming somewhere.
We choose where.
A generation is being shaped every day, by culture, by algorithms, by absence, and by noise. The question is not whether people will be formed. The question is who, what, and where will shape them. At Oasis & Co Institute, we believe healthy families, intentional mentorship, grounded identity, and strong community structures remain one of the greatest protections for the future of any generation.
