GenZ & Plus is the youth formation expression of Oasis & Co. Institute, created to help young people develop the personal, relational, and practical capacities they need beyond academics.
Our work is built around the PICCLE™ Formation Framework:

Rather than placing every young person into one long general program, we offer focused Formation Labs that address specific developmental needs parents are already seeing in real life.

How the programs work
Most GenZ & Plus Formation Labs are offered as focused live cohorts rather than passive online courses.
Depending on the program, participants may experience:
Live small-group coaching | Guided conversations | Practical exercises and role-play | Real-life weekly challenges | Reflection activities | Parent reinforcement guidance | Pre- and post-program developmental check-ins
The goal is to help a young person to visibly experience what they are learning in how they think, communicate, make decisions, relate to others, and take responsibility for their lives.
Not sure which program is the right fit?
Families may begin with our Youth Clarity & Growth Mapping experience.
This individualized process explores areas such as personality, strengths and growth areas, parent-child relationship, emotional patterns, leadership tendencies, and developmental needs, then maps the findings across the PICCLE™ framework.
The family receives a debrief and recommendations for the most appropriate Formation Lab, family intervention, or customized coaching pathway.
