Formation matters.
Academic achievement alone does not prepare a person for every part of life. Families also need strong identity, healthy relationships, practical life skills, intentional structure, wise leadership, and the ability to build what lasts.
Oasis & Co exists to help close that gap.
How We Work
Young People
Through GenZ & Plus, we provide focused formation around purpose, identity, character, confidence, leadership, and excellence.
Family
Through Family Formation, we support parents and families with communication, structure, relationships, restoration, stewardship, and legacy.
Girls
Through Hadassah Finishing School, we create dedicated formation experiences for girls growing in identity, confidence, character, refinement, and leadership.
Beyond Borrowed Faith
Equips churches, ministry leaders, Sunday school teachers, grandparents, and faith communities to communicate and transmit faith effectively across generations
Formation before performance.

Youth & Family Formation Strategist | Founder, Oasis & Co Institute
Mo’ Makanjuola develops formation experiences that help young people, families, and faith communities build stronger foundations for life, leadership, and legacy.
Her work spans youth formation, parent and family strategy, curriculum, speaking, and Beyond Borrowed Faith, a ministry formation initiative that equips pastors, Sunday school leaders, ministry teams, parents, and caregivers to communicate faith in ways that are biblically grounded, developmentally appropriate, and capable of being carried forward by the next generation.
Through Oasis & Co Institute, she brings these pathways together around one central conviction: what is formed intentionally is more likely to endure generationally.
