REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Enrollment secures a participant’s place for the full 6-week Formation Lab. Because cohort size is intentionally limited and program resources are reserved in advance, the following policy applies:

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the program start date are eligible for a refund, less any non-refundable payment processing fees.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

Once the program has begun, fees are non-refundable and non-prorated, including for missed sessions, early withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, or changes in a participant’s availability.

If a participant is unable to continue for a significant reason, Oasis & Co. Institute may, at its discretion, allow the remaining value to be transferred to another eligible GenZ & Plus program within 6 months, subject to availability.

Missed Sessions: Because sessions build progressively, consistent attendance is strongly encouraged. Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds, credits, or prorated fees. Any available make-up resources will be shared at the discretion of the program team.

Program Cancellation: If Oasis & Co. Institute cancels a cohort before it begins, families may choose either a full refund or transfer their payment to another available program. If a program is interrupted after it has started, families will be offered a reasonable alternative, rescheduled session(s), credit, or prorated refund where appropriate.

Transfers: Requests to move to another cohort must be made before the original cohort begins and are subject to space and eligibility.

By completing registration and payment, families acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
