Coaching & Strategy Session Policy

This policy applies to Parent Strategy Sessions, Youth Clarity Sessions, Family Formation Sessions, and other private coaching or strategy services offered by Oasis & Co Institute / GenZ & Plus.

Booking & Payment

Appointments are confirmed once payment and required booking information are received.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are non-refundable.

If Oasis & Co Institute must cancel a session, the client will be offered a new appointment or full refund.

Late Arrival

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival may reduce the available session time.

Scope of Service

Coaching and strategy sessions provide developmental guidance, education, reflection, and practical planning.

They are not psychotherapy, medical care, diagnosis, clinical counseling, crisis intervention, or legal advice.

Participants Under 18

A parent or legal guardian must authorize participation for anyone under 18.

Parent involvement may be recommended where appropriate.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Information shared during sessions will be treated with reasonable confidentiality, except where disclosure may be required because of safety concerns, suspected abuse or neglect, risk of serious harm, or legal obligations.

Virtual Sessions

Clients are responsible for suitable technology, internet access, and an appropriate environment for virtual sessions.

Recording

Sessions may not be recorded, photographed, or distributed without prior permission.

Outcomes

Oasis & Co Institute does not guarantee specific behavioral, emotional, academic, relational, spiritual, or developmental outcomes.

Materials

Resources provided during sessions are for personal use and may not be reproduced, sold, or publicly distributed without permission.

Agreement

By booking and paying for a session, the client and, where applicable, the participant’s parent or legal guardian agree to this policy.
