One day.
A lasting beginning.
On July 18, thirty-two girls came together for Hadassahs in Training. A day of identity, confidence and possibility became the beginning of something bigger.

01 / Where it began
A room that saw
who they could become.
Girls, families, mentors and community partners gathered around one conviction: formation begins long before leadership is required.
The day moved from identity and self-perception to refinement, etiquette, leadership and purpose. It closed with families gathered for a crowning ceremony, celebrating each girl's growth and the person she is becoming.
That founding experience helped shape the next chapter: GenZ & Plus Life Formation Academy, bringing intentional formation into everyday life for boys and girls.

Hadassah continues.
The vision grows.
Hadassah continues as the girls' pathway within GenZ & Plus.
The focus on identity, refinement, mentorship, character and leadership carries forward. GenZ & Plus gives that work a broader home: a year-round formation academy for boys and girls ages 6–21, with a boys' pathway in development.
For families who were with us on July 18, it is a way to continue what began in that room. For families discovering us now, it is an invitation to explore what comes next.
