“A princess waits to be chosen. A Hadassah prepares to serve.”
Hadassahs in Training was built around a simple conviction: what becomes visible in a young woman’s life is often formed long before the moment of influence arrives.
Inspired by Esther- Hadassah- the experience brought together girls and young women for an intentional day of identity, confidence, refinement, leadership, relationships, and purpose.
On July 18, 2026, our Founding Cohort of 32 girls and young women gathered for the first Hadassahs in Training experience.

Identity & Self-Perception
The day began with identity and self-perception—creating space for each girl to examine how she sees herself, what has shaped that view, and what should anchor the woman she is becoming.
Through etiquette, conversation, dining, posture and social awareness, refinement became practical—not performance, but the ability to carry oneself with confidence, consideration and composure.
Refinement & Etiquette
The afternoon moved from inward formation to outward influence—helping participants consider their voice, responsibility, courage, relationships and the kind of influence they want to carry.
Leadership & Purpose
The day closed with families gathered around the girls for the Crowning Ceremony—an intentional moment of affirmation celebrating identity, growth and the journey ahead.
